Catch of the Day
Bryce Anderson, originally from Chubbuck, Idaho, attended Idaho State University (ISU) in Pocatello, Idaho from 2005 to 2010 where he achieved a Bachelor of Science in Geology. Bryce started his career with the BLM while attending ISU as a SCEP Geologist in the fall of 2009 and was converted to be the Field Office Geologist in the summer of 2010. Prior to working for the BLM, he installed windows and cut glass for a local business, operated by his family called Yellowstone Glass. Bryce also worked as a big game hunting guide and drift boat fly fishing guide for various outfitters in Southeastern Idaho. Today he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities such as fly fishing, rafting, riding ATVs, big game and waterfowl hunting, camping, and riding horses and mules in Idaho’s backcountry.
